Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items for change of mind.

In certain circumstances we may accommodate exchanges of size subject to availability. However, the customer is responsible for covering the associated shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges of size.

If an exchange is offered, items must not have been worn, altered or washed and have the original swing tags in place.

There is no returns or exchanges on Swimwear due to hygiene reasons.




Any faults must be reported within 5 days of receipt of item to be eligible for return or refund. We will not under any circumstance accept returns on items after this period.

We reserve the right to offer a repair of the fault.

A refund will only be issued If the garment is faulty beyond repair or if a alternate in the same size and style is unavailable to replace the original item.

We reserve the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Ruffets and Co is not responsible for missing packages and we advise the use of a tracked service.


Returned Mail


In the event that your package is returned to Ruffets and Co for any reason such as incorrect address, non payment of duties or non collection an admin fee of $25AUD will be charged to the customer.

A refund or redelivery will be arranged based on indivual circumstance. If a refund is provided the amount refunded will be less the original postage charge and admin fee. If the customer requests a redelivery a new shipping charge will apply.

Ruffets and Co reserve the right to refuse redelivery based on probability of arrival in certain circumstances.


Sale Items


No exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items.




Once your order is placed we do not accept cancellations by request of the customer.

Final acceptance of the order is given by Ruffets and Co and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
